Sticking a toe into the water

So I've decided to see what happens with this blogging thing. Sticking my toe into the water so to speak. I don't care if anyone reads it, I just want to write it. I'm sure that my posts (like my thoughts) will be random, pointless and sporadic but hey, you get what you pay for right? Mostly for me, it's about being able to type instead of having to write out longhand. I want to be better at journaling, I'm just such a slow writer. Then combined with the fact that I must be a little ADD and all you get are the starts to stories, but no ends. Hopefully here I can finish at least a story or two. I don't know that I ever want anyone I know to read what I'll write here, and I won't use names, places or really anything that could point to me (at least that's what I say now) but if people want to read they can. There is something a little daring in having all of your personal information out where the world can find it and you could get "caught" doing something embarrasing, or spilling your emotional soul out to nobody. That's it! Blogging is like talking to yourself, but it's socially accepted! Weird really...
